Strikeforce Challengers 10 fighter salaries: Miesha Tate's 18K tops card
Phoenix, AZ --The winner of Strikeforce's first ever women's grand prix proved lucrative for tournament winner Miesha Tate ($18,000). Local Phoenix fighter Joe Riggs ($15,000) was also among of the top earners for Strikeforce Challengers 10.
ULTMMA.com (www.ultmma.com) recently requested and today received the list of officially disclosed payouts as well as medical suspensions from the Arizona Boxing Commission.
Strikeforce Challengers 10 took place at the Dodge Theater in Phoenix, AZ and aired on the premium cable channel Showtime. Tate worked her way though the135 pound bracket defeating Maiju Kujala in the semi-finals and outpointed Hitomi Akano in the finals.
Main event honors went to Riggs who stopped Illinois' Louis Taylor early in the third round via ground n' pound.

Miesha Tate - First Round of tournament: $4000 purse and $4000 win bonus
Second round of tournament: $5000 purse and $5000 win bonus
