Top Middleweight Prospect Karl Amoussou of France Signs 4 Fight Deal W/ Dream

23 year old five star prospect Karl Amoussou has finally received the call up to a major promotion. The Frenchman signed a four fight contract with Japan's Dream organization this week. Working under the same management team as Gegard Mousasi and Fedor Emelianenko, the possibility of Amoussou taking fights both stateside and Japan still exists due to the organizations co-promotion arrangement.
Amoussou 11-2-1 is a Judo player with a high motor in the ring. Though equipped with excellent grappling skills Amoussou has made a name for himself with his unorthodox striking techniques. With what can best described as a "go for broke" approach Amoussou's highlight reel striking exchanges have produced fireworks but have also cost him in his most notable loss to recent UFC signee Luco Linhares in November 2008.
Due to his combination of Judo credentials and striking power Amoussou is the number two rated prospect in the Ultmma50 and the number one ranked middleweight as well. The Ultmma50 is listing of the 50 best pound for pound MMA prospects.
Below is the announcement according to M-1 Global's website m-1global.com
