Denver, CO - Colorado's Chris Camozzi will get his third shot to add "defeated a UFC veteran" to his resume when he takes on Chad Reiner in the main event of King of Champions.

A pro since 2006, Camozzi so far is 0-2 in his career versus former UFC fighters. At Canada's Maximum Fighting Championship 15 in February of 2008 Camozzi was caught in an armbar by Jesse Forbes in the third round.

Earlier in 2009 Camozzi went toe to toe with Ultimate Fighter alum Jesse Taylor for five rounds before dropping a decision at King of Champions' Shockwave 2009 event.

Reiner will be looking to avoid a two fight losing streak with a win over Camozzi. In 2007, Reiner went 0-2 in the UFC before being let go by the organization.

The bout will be contested at 185 pounds which should favor Camozzi who at 6'3 is a natural middleweight. Both fighters are in desperate need of a win to validate 2009 as a successful year in each of their respective careers.

King of Champions fight card:

Raymond Duran vs. Julian Gonzolez
Isais Gomez vs. Calvin Smedes
Carlos Huerta vs. Josh Kissell
James Soiland vs. Eric Moya
Joey Banks vs. Geoff Brokx
James Smith vs. Matt Vigil
Joe Guiterrez vs. Jarrod Lopez
Ryan Davis vs. Santana-Sol Martinez
Chris Camozzi vs. Chad Reiner
